Concept
Chef Seigo Inamine trained in izakaya kitchens in Okinawa, kappo houses in Kyoto's Gion district, and celebrated establishments in Tokyo and Shizuoka. Following the changing seasons from region to region, he returned to open Wa Banshaku Mine in Kume, Naha in April 2021.
Six counter seats and two four-person private rooms. Small in space, but each plate, each vessel, served with care and time.
